Weekly Quiz Number 4

Every week from now on (assuming that I can muster the time and energy required!), you will be shown three pictures and asked some relevant questions. Every six months prizes will be awarded for the best answers - you get a large discount on your next booking of Highbridge Cottage! Here are the details:
  Either Or
First Prize 50% off a Week A free Short Break
Second Prize 25% off a Week 50% off a Short Break
Third Prize 10% off a Week 25% off a Short Break

Plus, if you do not win a prize but get more than 25% of the answers right, a bottle of wine will be yours when you next stay at the cottage.

For those who have not yet looked at the cottage web-site, a "Week" is 7 nights, Saturday to Friday, and a "Short Break" is 3 nights, Saturday to Monday.

Prize rules:

  1. The prizes will be awarded on the 24th of each June and December (to give you an extra Christmas present), and need to be taken up within the following twelve months.
  2. The prizes are not retrospective, in that they do not apply to holidays already booked but not taken.
  3. Prizes will not be awarded unless at least 5 valid entries, each comprising at least 3 of the quizzes, have been received.
  4. Only one entry per email address per quiz is permitted. If you answer the same quiz more than once, only the latest submission will be considered for the prize draw.
  5. To give everyone a better chance, winners of the first prize are excluded from the next draw.
  6. The web-site owner is the judge, and his decision is final.

Each Quiz will/should/might be replaced by its successor late on Sunday evening (G.M.T).

If you've got this far, we hope that you have an email address - you will need one in order to submit your answers.

NB This weekly quiz is intended to replace the current "Walks Quiz", which sadly generated very few replies (I shall be contacting the respondents individually). Please contact me here if you have any comments on this Weekly Quiz - especially if you have any problems with the pictures or with submitting the answers. Thanks!
