This is looking back down Hall's Fell ridge, from about the point where the scrambling starts on the way up.
This is a view of Derwentwater beyond Gategill Fell, taken from the top of Hall's Fell.
To thoroughly put you off when you are supposed to be concentrating on the scramble, on fine days you often find a swarm of paragliders hovering over the ridge. We counted 14 in the air together on this occasion.
